The Role As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in handling projects from inception through to completion, primarily focusing on education and school buildings. With project values reaching up to £500,000, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct surveys, inspections, and assessments of school and education buildings. Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation. Manage projects from feasibility through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. Provide expert advice on building performance, compliance, and refurbishment. About You We’re looking for someone who: Is chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards chartership. Has experience in handling projects of a similar scope and value. Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Has a strong understanding of building regulations and best practices in education-sector construction. What’s in It for You?
