Key Role Responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities within a designated sales region and customer account set. Build and execute a structured plan to profile, segment, and target prospects, employing multiple engagement strategies. Develop value-based relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding customer challenges and aligning tailored solutions. Lead virtual teams to deliver consultative sales engagements, focusing on quick business value and impactful results. Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, ensuring consistent achievement of margin targets. Key Attributes Required : Proven success in IT Managed Services or Enterprise class solutions sales to mid-market organizations (500–5,000 employees). Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with 5 years in an IT services provider role using a consultative approach. Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of engaging C-level executives and driving new business. Broad understanding of IT solutions and their alignment with business objectives across diverse industry verticals.
