A tremendously exciting opportunity for a Corporate Tax Manager to join this thriving and fast growth firm of chartered accountants based in mid-Kent and now part of a top 100 firm. This firm operate almost exclusively within the Fintech and OMB high-tech start-up space and this role would certainly benefit from someone with entrepreneurial tax experience. Key duties of this corporate tax manager role include: 80% advisory/20% corporate tax compliance Managing both a portfolio of fees and developing a medium-sized specialist tax team Investor tax reliefs (EIS) and option schemes (predominately EMI_ Corporate restructuring Employment related securities CT & R&D project based work What about you? This role might suit someone that has worked within a similar space and is keen for an advisory role with a clear route of progression. Alternatively, it might suit someone with a strong corporate tax advisory offering and looking for a sideways step before progressing. Ideally the successful applicant will be formally and CTA qualified with experience of managing a significant portfolio and in developing and motivating a team. Well-developed communication skills and a laser focus on the needs of the clients is a must.
