Electrical Design Engineer

The Role & Responsibilities of an Electrical Design Engineer: You will be required to use AutoCAD Electrical to generate the following: Panel layouts and BOMs LV distribution and cable calculations Electrical schematic diagrams Instrument loop diagrams PLC wiring diagrams and I/O schedules Machinery safety circuit design and risk assessments to BS EN ISO 13849/60261 Technical documents Skills and Experience required for an Electrical Design Engineer: Previous PLC, HMI, and SCADA software writing experience (3 years) Good understanding of industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet, etc) Any experience in safety systems design and programming would be highly advantageous Knowledge of Siemens PLC preferred Able to understand electrical drawings Experience working in an engineering environment Benefits: Pension Scheme Onsite parking TOL/Overtime and expenses paid Free social events, team building and Christmas party Car allowance/company car (after 6 months) Private medical insurance Ready to take the next step in your career?
