Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality preventative maintenance, servicing, installation, and repair services.RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out comprehensive preventative maintenance on various diesel-powered machines Perform routine servicing, maintenance, installation, and repair Conduct fault diagnosis and rectification of engine, alternator, and control systems Generate detailed service reports and liaise with contract managers and head office Adhere to the company's health and safety, quality, and environmental policies Complete risk assessments and participate in the on-call rotaREQUIREMENTS Background in servicing and maintaining diesel engines, alternators, and/or controls Good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles Strong diagnostic abilities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to health and safety, quality, and environmental policies Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions Full UK driving licence (ECS or other industry certification desirable)COMPANY OVERVIEWOur client is a trusted specialist known for their expertise in providing comprehensive services for diesel-powered machines.
