We have an exceptional opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant in Northampton Position Details: Location: Northampton, United Kingdom Contract Type: Full-time OR Part-time Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: £13 - £14 per hour Day-to-day of the role: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Support classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Collaborate with the SEN team to develop effective strategies for student support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience working with children with SEN is preferred. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
