If you’re detail-oriented, love working in a collaborative setting, and have experience within a finance setting, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Receiving, reviewing, and entering invoices into the accounting system and checking for any discrepancies. Tracking outstanding payments and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner. Processing payments. Keeping accurate records of all transactions. Bank reconciliations. Ensuring data on the accounting system is accurate and up to date. Handling financial queries to allow the smooth operation within the Legal team.
