Your Role: As a key member of a collaborative two-person transactional finance team, you’ll work closely with the full-time Accounts Assistant and report to the Finance Manager. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately entering and reconciling invoices in the COINS finance system, matching them with purchase orders and delivery tickets, and resolving invoice queries with the buying team. Managing supplier relationships, handling subcontractor queries, and performing supplier statement reconciliations. Processing employee expenses in line with company policy, reconciling credit card transactions, and overseeing the Accounts inbox. Coordinating departmental post distribution and supporting the Finance Manager with various ad-hoc tasks. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant with a strong background in accounts payable/purchase ledger , ideally within fast-paced environments. You’ll need attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Why This Role?
