This is an exciting opportunity for a finance or restructuring lawyer to build their reputation in special situations practice and work on high-value restructuring assignments. Position Overview As a Restructuring Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing the firm's special situations practice. You will work on high-profile assignments involving high-risk insolvency and high-value restructurings, collaborating closely with an international team. This position offers the opportunity to build relationships with an existing client base while also pitching for new opportunities. Responsibilities Contribute to the growth of the special situations practice Handle high-profile assignments involving insolvency risk and restructurings Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients Pitch for new business opportunities and expand client base Collaborate effectively as part of an international team Requirements Qualified finance or restructuring lawyer with relevant experience Financing credentials and experience in special situations or distressed debt Experience gained in a City, strong national, or regional firm Technically excellent with strong commercial awareness Enthusiastic about business development and client relationships Team player with a client-focused approach Strong academic background and excellent communication skills Company Overview Our client is a global 100 law firm with over 3,400 employees across 27 locations in Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East.
