Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Facade/Cladding The Company My client are a well-established Leading Façade Contractor, who have experienced steady growth over the past 10 years. Projects ranging from £2m-20m. My client are a strong investor in their staff which results in a low-staff turnover. The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation. HQ based in Hampshire. The Role - Quantity Surveyor My client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor. You will ideally live in a commutable distance to their HQ and will be visiting sites nearby and London. Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns. Prepare and present financial reports Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Happy to travel to sites across the UK if needed Flexible / hybrid working model Salary - £65,000 - £80,000 Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor - Facade/Cladding/SFS/Curtain Wall
