Commercial Tech Counsel - Leading Fintech - FTC

I am partnering with a leading Fintech in their search for a Commercial Technology lawyer to join them on an initial FTC (c.5 months). Key Responsibilities: Advise on a wide range of commercial technology matters, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements related to software development, SaaS, licensing, cloud services, and data privacy. Provide legal support for product development, technology partnerships, and licensing agreements with third-party vendors. Ensure that technology agreements and contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in relation to data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity. Work closely with internal teams, including product development, compliance, and operations, to manage legal risk and address business needs. Support in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances involving technology-driven businesses. Develop and deliver training on legal and regulatory requirements related to technology and contracts. Provide ongoing legal advice to senior stakeholders and contribute to the development of business strategies. Candidates must have a minimum of three years PQE gained in a leading law firm or in-house background (regulated environment preferable).
