Handle complex cases with creative problem-solving while maintaining full compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor with a proven track record. Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Highly organised with keen attention to detail; tech-savvy and adept at using CRM systems.
