If this resonates with you, let’s talk Responsibilities: Lead and mentor an SRE team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration. Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure systems. Boost performance using monitoring, automation, and AWS best practices. Manage shared services across development, testing, and production. Partner with engineering, operations, and product teams for seamless deployments. Track and report KPIs, ensuring system reliability. Maintain clear documentation and promote reliability engineering best practices. About You: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Expertise in configuration management, IaC tools (e.g., Ansible, CloudFormation), and CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, Concourse). AWS-certified (Solutions Architect/DevOps Specialist) with hands-on AWS experience. Skilled in scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and programming (Python, TypeScript; Java is a plus).
