The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Search Researcher to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in executive search while working alongside experienced consultants in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities : Conduct in-depth market research and mapping exercises to identify potential candidates for senior-level positions Build and maintain comprehensive talent pools across various sectors for HR, leadership and interim talent Develop creative research strategies to uncover hard-to-find talent Support consultants with candidate identification, approach, and initial screening Maintain our database with accurate and up-to-date information Prepare detailed research reports and market intelligence for clients Support the production of client proposals and presentations Required Skills and Experience : Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal (phone and VC) Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Interest in HR, leadership and executive search Previous research experience (preferred but not essential) What We Offer : Competitive salary (dependent upon experience) Career development opportunities within a growing firm Collaborative and supportive work environment Modern office facilities Regular team events and social activities Location and Working Pattern : Based in our Twyford office (4 days per week office-based) Excellent transport links (close to Twyford station) On-site parking If you resonate with this description then we would love to hear from you for a confidential conversation to share more about the role, ethos at Aston Fisher, and how we may work well together.
