Communications Systems Engineer Location: Southwest, England Position Type: Permanent, hybrid 2-3 days per week on-site ( able to offer a relocation package) Support next-generation combat systems development focusing on effects management and integration. Role Focus: Support platform data link terminal systems Analyse and report on new technology integration Enhance existing communication capabilities Coordinate with technology specialists Develop system specifications and requirements Perform integration testing and verification Monitor system performance metrics Create technical documentation Support customer technical queries Implement system improvements Conduct compatibility assessments Manage configuration control processes Required Background: Engineering degree or equivalent Product delivery experience Technical problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Team player with proactive attitude British Citizenship required Desired Skills: System Engineering Process knowledge Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience Requirements and Configuration Management tools expertise
