Sous Chef - Up to £34,000 - Lymington A fabulous traditional pub based in Lymington are looking for Sous chef to join their brigade. The pub boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily, and are looking for someone who can support the Head Chef, preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard. Key info: Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 plus good tips Location: Lymington Hours: 5/7 days, Various shifts, 2 full days off 5 chefs in the team, 150-200 covers on busy weekend days Your main responsibilities as Sous Chef will include: Supporting the Head chef with writing menus and developing a brigade Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene Develop and train the junior members of the team Support the Head Chef in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within a budget To ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect to the set standards What you need to get the Sous Chef job Experience at Sous Chef level Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent Passionate about food Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level How to Apply: To apply for this role, please click the "APPLY" button.
