HGV Class 1 Driver

Job Role: HGV Class 1 Driver Location: Mallusk, Newtownabbey Hours: Mon- Fri, core hours 6am-230pm Pay rate: £14.50 per hour, overtime at 1.3 rate after 50 hours Temporary ongoing, with permanent opportunities for the right candidate Your role: We have an exciting opportunity to join a successful growing team at our Mallusk site for full time HGV Class 1. NK Coatings is Ireland's leading Metal Finishing Company and is a member of the NK Group. The Group has subsidiaries and branches throughout Ireland, employing over 180 people and providing the construction & commercial industry with quality products and services. As an HGV Class 1 driver you will deliver and collect goods across Northern Ireland. All training on company systems and procedures will be provided to ensure the successful candidate reaches the highest level of performance. Your responsibilities: Load vehicles for deliveries ensuring health & safety regulations/procedures are adhered to including weights and safe loading. Ensure tracking procedure is used. Maintaining the driving hour's rules & regulations regarding tachographs/Working Time Directives. Competency of paperwork, delivery notes signed & dated etc. High Level of Customer Service, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
