Your Experience Qualified solicitor or legal executive with relevant commercial law experience Ability to manage a varied caseload across a range of client industry sectors Experience in business development and ability to build long-lasting client relationships Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate IT contracts, franchise agreements and supporting documents Handle general commercial contract drafting and reviews Provide advice on IP licensing and related matters What’s on Offer?
