The firm’s clients range from small private businesses and start-ups to multinational PLCs, with everything in between including charities and universities. Your work will include: Office, industrial and retail lettings Residential developments Investment property Secured lending acting for owners & occupiers, sellers & purchasers and financial institutions The department works closely with other property teams in the firm, including construction, dispute resolution, tax, finance, social housing and residential property.
