Support for Learning Assistant - Complex - FLK12406

Job Advert Falkirk Council are looking to recruit a Support for Learning Assistant (Grade E) for Maddiston Timezone which is an ASL wing part of Maddiston Primary School. You will provide support for teachers and pupils to enhance pupil well-being, engagement and achievement. Undertake a range of whole school support activities and pupil support with regard to pupils’ complex healthcare needs, language and communication needs, as well as general supervision and safety for children with profound and multiple learning difficulties and/or physical impairment. Good communication skills are essential and the role will require supporting children with a wide range of needs. You should enjoy working as part of a team. You will work 27.5 hours per week on a term time basis. Your working pattern will be 9 am to 3pm Successful applicants will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
