Job Description

Lead Sales Team: Manage and mentor a diverse, remote sales team, providing coaching, support, and performance reviews. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing client relationships. Achieve Revenue Targets: Oversee sales forecasting, set quotas, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals and KPIs. Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success. Report & Analyze: Track sales metrics and performance, provide regular reports to senior leadership, and use data to improve sales strategies and team performance. Sales Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, organize training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team. Leadership Skills: Strong experience in team management, coaching, and motivating a high-performing sales team. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term sales strategies and execute them effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients and union members. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and video conferencing platforms.
