Job Description
Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored life insurance solutions that fit each client’s personal and financial situation. Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings, explaining policy details, benefits, and coverage options to prospects via video calls, phone, and email. Close Sales: Convert prospects into policyholders by handling objections and guiding them through the policy selection and purchase process. Build Relationships: Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with policy changes, renewals, or claims. Educate Clients: Act as a trusted advisor by educating clients on the importance of life insurance and various policy options. Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain the necessary life insurance license(s) for your state or region. [State-specific licensing info, if applicable]. Sales Skills: Proven ability to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and close sales. Previous sales experience, especially in a commission-based role, is a plus.
