IAM SailPoint Analyst

Job Title: IAM SailPoint Analyst Location: Frisco, TX/Hybrid. 2-3 days per week on site. Client would like local candidates . NO RELOS. Note: This is an analyst role focused on leading discovery and design process for application onboarding into the SailPoint IIQ platform. Must have strong understanding of IAM Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Concepts and extensive knowledge of SailPoint IIQ controls, features and capabilities. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Analyst to join our dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support and lead the discovery and design processes for application onboarding into the SailPoint IIQ platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts and extensive knowledge and experience with SailPoint IIQ controls, features, and capabilities. Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of Technology experience · 4 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ. · Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Extensive knowledge and experience with SailPoint IIQ controls, features, and capabilities. · Proven experience with RBAC, Access provisioning & deprovisioning and Access attestation processes. · Proven experience in application onboarding, including leading discovery, requirement gathering, design, and testing within SailPoint IIQ. · Proficiency in performing configuration and aggregations in SailPoint IIQ. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. · Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail. · Organized, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within defined SLAs. · Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ) are a plus.
