Senior System Administrator (Managed Services)

We are an established Managed and Cloud Services Provider to delivery IT service to multiple industries (gas, engineering, law, medical, and more). Our clients range from small business to multi-national enterprises which allows our team to touch a variety of industries. Our current opening is for a Senior System Administrator (Managed Services) to support critical infrastructure for our biggest clients. This is a consultative role that requires experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network environments, ensuring seamless connectivity and security for our operations. Senior System Administrator (Managed Services) Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain robust network solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the oil and gas sector. Configure and manage Cisco switches to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Implement and administer FortiGate firewalls, ensuring network security and compliance with industry standards. Manage Synology NAS systems for efficient data storage and backup solutions. Maintain and troubleshoot VMware clusters to support virtualization and high-availability requirements. Support and optimize Ubiquiti networking devices, including wireless access points and switches. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and manage Microsoft Office 365 environments, ensuring secure and efficient communication and collaboration. Perform proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues to minimize downtime. Senior System Administrator (Managed Services) Qualifications: At least 1 year of MSP experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 integration and administration Deploy and configure Hyper-V and VMware virtual environments for client infrastructures Implement and maintain Fortinet and Meraki firewalls, VLANs, and secure networking solutions Perform Windows Server installations, migrations, and upgrades Experience with Synology NAS systems, including RAID configurations and storage management Familiarity with Ubiquiti networking hardware and wireless technologies Senior System Administrator (Managed Services) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Training and Continual Learning Certification Reimbursement PTO Paid Holidays Your Own Office
