IT Systems Engineer (MSP)

This role offers exposure to a wide array of technologies, including virtualization, cloud solutions, networking, and Windows systems. This will be primary remote with 10 to 20% client visits, this will require you to be located in the DMV area. Responsibilities: Provide IT support for Microsoft's core business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware. Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Office 365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware and Azure. Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune. Maintain remote monitoring and management systems and computer systems and network infrastructure. Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, escalation of unresolved issues, and teamwork. Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise. Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.
