Job Description

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and driving organisational change? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to join our clients team on a 3-6 months FTC basis. In this role, you will take ownership of key HR functions, with a focus on managing employee relations (ER) cases, and leading change management initiatives. Reporting to the HR Director you will work closely with leaders and employees to ensure effective HR practices are embedded across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations (ER): Provide expert advice and guidance on complex ER cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Investigate and resolve grievances, disciplinary matters, and other workplace concerns promptly and effectively. Develop proactive strategies to foster a positive employee experience and minimise ER risks. Change Management: Lead HR-related change initiatives, including restructures, process improvements, and organisational transformations. Work with leadership to assess the impact of change, develop communication plans, and ensure smooth implementation. Support teams through periods of change, providing advice, coaching, and guidance. Generalist HR Support: Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring they are aligned with business needs and legal requirements. Monitor and analyse HR metrics, using data to drive decision-making and improve processes. Manage a small HR team and HR operations What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Proven experience in an HR management or senior HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations and change management. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organisation. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Experience managing complex change initiatives, including restructures and organisational change.
