Basic Salary upto £75k Depending On Success History OTE Bonus £50k to £70k plus My client is looking for a senior new business development manager to join their fast-growing IT Hardware sales team based in central London. They want a real deal BDM who is resilient and can build relationships at C-Suite level with UK businesses and that is open to learning. They are looking for people with UK contacts in Finance, Legal, Insurance, Managed Services with relience and a passion to win. This role requires a true grind to win and Resilence is key. You will have an existing network of contacts and understand how to network and build contacts, relationships in diverse industries where the use of portable IT (laptops) is common place. Typical customers:- have 200 to 3000 laptop carrying employees who largely work in a remote or hybrid way. Typical industries include: - Financial Services, Accountancy, Managed Services, Insurance, Legal . The Ideal Person A black book of contacts in the relevent industries Can put opportunities on the table on day one . Laptop direct sales experience would be great Capable of building a pipeline of £2million plus Credible at senior level UK IT / C-Suite, CIO, CTO Entrepreneurial. Can demonstrate and quantify UK success and the processes they used. Not intimidated by new business acquisition from major new customers. Organised, Methodical, CRM user, Linkedin Sales Navigator user, will go the extra mile Within 1 hour of Central London The learning period The clients business is an SME and not corporate. It has many nuances and specifics, including leasing and second / third life sales giving a sustainable slant. The BDM will need to learn these nuances in the early stages and as such will be expected to be on site for the first 3 months in central London. After this hybrid working is available 2 days out 3 days office.
