As we are growing and expanding our teams, we are looking for an Office Manager to support our London based team and provide help with a variety of office-based tasks. Core responsibilities: Manage office facilities, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance Supporting office management tasks including organisation and meeting room management Oversee daily administrative functions, including mail, scheduling, and data management Organise events, and travel arrangements for staff Diary management and admin support for senior staff members Develop and implement office policies and procedures Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations. Serve as the first point of contact for office-related queries. Foster a positive office environment by organising team-building activities and maintaining office culture Monitor office budgets and expenses Spearhead office life initiatives including wellbeing Requirements: At least 3-4 years of experience in an administration role required (sales admin / data entry or office management experience preferred) Excellent attention to detail, as well as oral and written communication skills A reliable self-starter with a strong work ethic Enthusiastic team player, able to multitask and effectively priorities tasks to meet competing demands Proactive and eager to learn and grow in a company Computer literate – experience using Microsoft Office suite Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred More Information: This is a full-time in-office role. Full time permanent contract.
