Process Engineer

CTDI are hiring We are looking for a process engineer to be at the beginning of an exciting project in Northamptonshire. Do you have experience of developing and implementing process strategies and process documents? Can you devise, and implement new strategies to help optimise productivity? Do you have experience of lean methodology and continuous improvement? If you are saying yes to the above, then this could be the job for you Below are some of the other responsibilities of the role: Implement robust, efficient, and safe processes reporting progress against a delivery schedule. Customers requirements - Interface with customers ensuring their needs are met whilst keeping in line with costs and business case assumptions. Productivity - routines and solutions to help improve productivity and product quality. Design and run process simulations, performing risk assessment testing to eliminate time and cost constraints. Assess and prepare process documentation, operating instructions existing processes and workflows. Assess compliance and adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards and report findings/proposals to the Operations management team. Create/maintain all operational SOP ensuring all process improvement opportunities are clearly documented. Regularly review processes to establish opportunities for improvement. You may have a HND or Degree qualified in an Engineering field and experience of providing Process Engineering support. Do you have a strong technical knowledge and proven ability to analyse data to optimise processes. This role requires you to have excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Having experience working with process stimulations and standard operating procedures is a necessity.
