Senior Claims Adjuster Reinsurance City of London We are looking for an excellent opportunity for a Reinsurance claims professional to grow their career joining a well-respected market leader. The successful candidate will handle a portfolio of Reinsurance Treaty and Facultative Property and Casualty claims arising from Excess of Loss, Proportional Treaty and Facultative business. You’ll ensure claims are managed proactively and efficiently in accordance with the prevailing business, legal and regulatory environment. Assessing policy coverage and liability for all claims notifications received. Managing and settling claims arising on policies ensuring accurate reserve calculations and managing cross market exposures. Previous experience dealing with Reinsurance claims in the London Market is required as is a strong background in Casualty claims. If you have Property claims experience that would be a huge plus but by no means an essential requirement. A good working knowledge of Class/ECF2 and ability to manage time, manage projects, meet deadlines and prioritise effectively. You’ll possess the ability to communicate and explain complex issues clearly and succinctly.
