Newly formed around 2 years ago, and recently securing a $100m Publishing deal, this studio stands out as innovative, growing and stable. They're looking for multiple Engine Programmers to join their collaborative and friendly code team. As an Engine Programmer you will collaborate with talented engineers, artists, designers and producers to develop an exciting new AAA IP powered by Unreal Engine you will share in an environment where code quality is key Requirements: Experience working as an Engine Programmer on one or more AAA titles In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine and C++ Passion for tools development and improving the working environment of others Solid understanding of code architecture best practices Passion for gaming and game development Benefits 30 Days Holiday Studio Shutdown between Christmas and New Year Discretionary Bonus Scheme Private Pension Scheme Private Healthcare Health and Well-Being Benefits Dental Care Optical treatments Mental Health Support This role is hybrid, three days in the Leamington Spa studio, salary to between £45,000 - £70,000 DOE
