Mid Corp Pricing Transformation Lead Commercial Insurance Salary: £95k plus 10% bonus £5950 car allowance 2 days per week on-site Office location: Surrey Our client are a global insurer, who are looking for a senior manager who understands Pricing and Data within Commercial Insurance, who can help drive their strategy and planning to define and shape their UK Pricing transformation roadmap for Mid Corp. Have you been at the forefront of driving change in 'Pricing' across business, culture and technology? Do you have an understanding of Data Architecture to the extent that you can develop a framework for data and analytics governance and roll this out to the business? Understanding of Pricing Understand (in principal) Data Architecture Project Management Ability to summarize Experience talking with the PMO, Data Architectsand Board-level We don't need you to build GLM's or write Python code, but we do need you to understand Pricing and why the systems and tools have been made. This is a senior role where you will represent the Mid Corp Pricing team to the Board and senior stakeholders. You will be able to articulate very complex scenarios and remain pragmatic, with the ability to summarize the situation to the Executives. For example, an average day would be the Pricing team working on a variety of projects, such as front-end and back-end builds, and part of your role will be to project manage these projects, attending meetings with stakeholders, project managers / PMO and Underwriters, to provide updates.
