Develop and implement business growth strategies, balancing immediate priorities with long-term goals. Build a robust pipeline by connecting with potential clients via email, phone, social media, and networking events. Represent the company at conferences and industry events to expand networks and generate leads. Create compelling presentations and collaborate internally to deliver impactful solutions. Maintain accurate sales activity records using the CRM system. Stay ahead of the competition, anticipating and countering competitive strategies. Skills & Experience: A natural relationship builder and skilled networker with a proven track record in sales. Adaptable, self-sufficient, and capable of building a pipeline from the ground up. Experienced in prioritising and managing multiple responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail. A confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Experience within the healthcare sector Willing to travel nationally to meet business needs.
