My client specialises in land promotion nationally with a focus on residential and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities: Preparing detailed initial draft reports to support planning applications, appeals, policy representations, and site appraisals. Assisting senior planners and project managers with the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and broader planning matters as assigned. Conducting research and analysis to inform strategies for site promotion, allocation, or planning applications. Creating high-quality, well-researched reports and representations to support site promotion or accompany planning applications. Providing constructive support and guidance to Graduate Planners on team-related matters. Performing site visits and engaging with landowners, agents, and local authority officers to gather insights and maintain relationships.
