My client specialises in land promotion nationally with a focus on residential and mixed-use developments. Key responsibilities include: Drafting and finalising reports to support planning applications, appeals, and policy presentations. Preparing well-researched, professionally presented reports and representations to support site promotion and accompany planning application submissions. Undertaking site visits and meetings with landowners, agents, and local authority officers. Conducting research and analysis to develop strategies for site promotion, allocation, or planning applications. Assisting Planning Directors, Planning Managers, and Senior Project Managers as needed, with additional involvement in broader planning matters as directed by senior colleagues.
