Cash Reconciliation Assistant

We are growing our team, and looking for Cash Reconciliation Assistant to join our rapidly expanding HQ. As a Cash Reconciliation Assistant joining the team, you will play a key role in ensuring that bank accounts are captured and reconciled in a timely manner. MAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS: Collecting data from payment provider portals (sales, refunds, chargebacks, transaction fees and payouts) Formatting of data in MS Excel Importing data into the accounting software Reconciling sales/refunds against cash received Bank reconciliations Assisting with the production of cash flow forecasts when required Investigating historic deferred income balances Reconcile gift cards Posting journals to the accounting software Undertake any other admin tasks as reasonably required REQUIREMENTS Ability to use MS Office (good knowledge of Excel) Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a demanding workload at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy Open, honest and adaptable to changing situations Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively plan and organise own workload and work to deadlines Keen to learn and want to progress in a career in accounts Be a team player and willing to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the finance team Knowledge of NetSuite and Shopify is desirable Why Adanola?
