Conversion Rate Optimisation Consultant

Your new company Our client, based in Glasgow, is looking for a Coversion Rate Optimisation consultant to join their business on an interim basis. This role is offered on a day rate basis outside IR35 on a remote basis. You must have demonstrated experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and Optimisely. Your new role You will be responsible for deeply analysing data to support decision-making, UX optimisation, and strategy. This involves planning, developing, and executing Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies to improve customer conversion rates and other key metrics. Identifying issues and opportunities for digital user experience enhancements through statistical testing (A/B and MVT) is also a crucial part of the role. Ensuring that testing initiatives align with business goals and objectives is essential. You will analyse large datasets using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and Optimisely. Developing and executing a detailed roadmap of testing initiatives is another key responsibility. Collaboration with various teams (Strategy, Design, Development) to launch and measure new tests is expected. Additionally, you will manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes and adapt recommendations to suit client budgets, making a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of CRO principles and the ability to analyse data from various platforms. Experience in optimising user experience and creating CRO roadmaps is essential. You should have an understanding of web tracking, A/B and MV testing, and technical elements like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Basic experience with design tools like Figma is required. A broad understanding of digital marketing influences and their impact on web performance is also important. Excellent planning, task management, and time management skills are crucial for success in this role.
