Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure individual growth. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Commitment to continuous professional development.
