This role offers the unique opportunity to play a key part in the smooth operation of payroll while growing and developing your expertise within an industry-leading company. As a Payroll Specialist, you will: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large and growing workforce. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices. Work closely with HR and finance teams to maintain employee records, resolve discrepancies, and handle queries. Assist in the preparation of reports and provide insights for senior management. Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems. Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and best practices. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally within a high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations and tax laws. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills to liaise with various teams across the business.
