Children Services Experienced / Senior Social Worker - Level 3

Who You Are Experienced with 3 years in Child Assessment Teams (CAT) Resilient and committed worker Capable of commuting to the workplace as there is no on-site parking Able to attend the office at least twice a week You must have a minimum of 3 years' post-ASYE experience What the Job Involves Frontline work with Child Assessment Teams Collaboration with community-based organizations and various services like Contextual safeguarding teams, Court teams, and Early help services Participating in a vibrant work community that includes activities and support groups such as a choir, yoga, grief and bereavement support, and a bike safety scheme Receiving supportive and regular supervision and managing a manageable caseload Working in a hybrid model with excellent transport links Benefiting from the support of a very stable Senior Management Team Career development opportunities through free training at Lambeth Social Work Academy for both agency and permanent staff
