Children Services Experienced / Senior Social Worker - Level 3

Who You Are You are a skilled Social Worker with a professional qualification in social work, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council or any successor body. Possessing a minimum of 3 years post-ASYE experience, you exhibit up-to-date professional expertise in children’s care, complex social work theories, and legislation relevant to children. Your experience includes direct work with children, assessing needs and risks, and managing complex cases. You demonstrate empathy, strong critical thinking, collaboration, and effective communication. Your approach is systemic and compassionate, ensuring fair treatment and positive change. You are proactive in your professional objectives, prioritize people-focused processes, and own your learning and development. What the Job Involves As a Social Worker for Lambeth's Children’s Services, your role is to implement positive change in complex cases involving children, families, and carers.
