This role will be based in Leeds/Hull area and will require regular travel to Aberdeen. Your Key Responsibilities Project Management Excellence Define, implement, and maintain PMO standards for project delivery. Lead the adoption of fit-for-purpose processes, ensuring compliance across all divisions. Oversee the Business Management System (BMS) for project documentation and outputs. Audit and continuously improve project practices, processes, and systems. Develop and mentor our project management community (Cost, Planning, Estimating & DCC), driving competency and career growth. APM Sponsorship Champion APM methodologies and qualifications. Build and lead a network of APM Champions to support current and future project needs. Project Controls Leadership Establish streamlined processes for cost, planning, estimating, and document management. Drive consistency and accuracy in project reporting (change, cost, and planning). Lead the development and career progression of the Project Controls team. Digital Innovation Advocate for best practices in using our Slingshot digital eco-system. Drive continuous improvement and system enhancements through our Steering Committee. What You’ll Need to Succeed Relevant project management qualifications. Proven leadership experience in project management or controls. A track record of delivering projects at both functional and contract levels. A passion for customer satisfaction and driving innovative solutions. The ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, evolving environment.
