HGV 1 Driver

Our client, a large logistics company based in Belfast are currently hiring a HGV 1 Driver to operate their class 1 & 2 Lorries transporting materials from site to site across NI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road but needs more fixed hours for a better work/ life balance. Position: HGV 1 Driver Location: Belfast Duration: Permanent Salary: £30248.40 per annum Overtime Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am to 1.30pm Duties will include (but not be limited to): Transporting large goods to and from various sites across NI Working with a large aerospace company providing logistics & transport solutions business to business across NI. Assisting with loading & offloading of aerospace parts Shunting aerospace parts to various sites within the yard Adhering to all health & safety procedures as set out by the business Essential Criteria: Valid UK Clean category CE Driving Licence Minimum of 1 year experience Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Desirable Criteria: Previous experience moving oversized loads Ashton Recruitment is acting as a Recruitment Agency.
