Nightshift Shift Supervisor

Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the FMCG industry for a Shift Supervisor at their site in Glasgow. Initially on a temporary basis, with the view of an initial 2 months. There is some scope for this to extend. This would be a nightshift role - Sunday 11pm - 5.30am, Mon - Thu Midnight- 05:30am Main Responsibilities: Manage workers and external contractors Lead and manage quality inspections on site Communication with key stakeholders Ensure Health and Safety Standards Essential Skills and Experience Strong leadership skills Previous experience within a production environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Brightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
