Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered exclusively with one of the most prestigious Asset Management firms on the growth of their Employee Relations team across London and EMEA. This is an established, high-performing team with headcount to hire a Senior Employee Relations Consultant on a permanent basis, working in harmony with their wider HR function. This role works closely to provide both a strategic and operational outlook on employee relations; providing high quality data, advice, guidance and learning ensuring a connection to the people and organisation. Your role spans the entire function from case management, employment policies, training, consultations and reporting. You'll have the ability to work in a talented, yet down to earth and hugely supportive team with a great culture. You must have progressive employee relations experience across Financial Services (ideally buy-side). Responsibilities: Proactively provide advice and support on a broad range of employee issues across the EMEA region, including management of under-performance, involuntary exits, conduct and disciplinary issues and interpretation of employment policy and practices. Advise on the associate relations impact of organizational change, including workforce reductions and acquisitions, consulting with associate representative bodies as required. Defining and executing the strategy for EMEA and ensuring practices and processes globally align where possible, advising on need for regional difference. Assist in the design and delivery of training to managers, employees and HR partners on relevant topics. Lead, and contribute to related projects, partnering with other global COEs as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 8 years of total progressive relevant Employee Relations work experience, ideally within Financial Services. Solid Employee Relations case management and advisory experience. Sound understanding and application of relevant EMEA employment laws and regulations, and ability to pragmatically apply this knowledge in a commercial environment. What's in it for you?
