Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability matters, providing expert legal advice Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements and settlement offers Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and client outcomes Maintain regular client communication, building strong relationships and offering timely advice Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective strategies for claim resolution About You Newly qualified solicitor (0-1 years of post-qualification experience) with demonstrated experience on public liability and employers liability matters Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality case management Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients A proactive, collaborative approach to working within a team and across departments Why Join This Firm?
