Conveyancer – Ilkeston, Derbyshire An established, family run law firm in Derbyshire is seeking a Conveyancer (ideally but not essentially a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to join its close-knit team. This role is well suited for you if you are: A true team player, who is passionate about delivering top notch, personalised client service Experienced in Commercial Property work or a desire to develop knowledge in this area – this firm can offer you the opportunity to enhance your skillset Your Role: Handle a diverse residential and commercial conveyancing caseload, including sales & purchases, freehold & leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages and new builds This is an office-based role with flexible working hours available Handle cases efficiently, ensuring timely and cost-effective processing Liaise directly with clients, estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth transactions Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and introducers Independently manage your workload, ensuring high productivity and quality with minimal supervision What You’ll Need? Ideally qualified as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer A minimum of 2 years of experience managing your own caseload How to Apply?
