This growing team and firm advise clients ranging from SMEs to multinationals, start-ups and entrepreneurs. In this position, you will be involved in practice areas covering mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, employee ownership transitions, joint ventures, investment rounds and IP & data privacy across sectors such as Energy, Video Games, Tech, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Food & Drink.
