Interim Management Accountant

Rutherford Cross is seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join a dynamic FMCG business. This role is critical in supporting the finance team with key reconciliations and analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business operations and identify trends Assist with month-end processes, including journal entries and variance analysis Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and other ad hoc financial tasks Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights Candidate Profile: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis Strong communication skills Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines For more information, please contact Euan Bodie at Rutherford Cross.
