We are working with a popular and vibrant secondary School in Rickmansworth to provide Cover supervisors on an ongoing and supply basis to a large school in Rickmansworth. Position: Cover Supervisor Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire Start Date: January or February 2025 Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes in the absence of teachers, creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. Follow lesson plans provided and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Support students in their learning journey and respond to any questions they may have. Keep accurate attendance records and communicate any concerns to the appropriate staff. Candidate Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in managing classroom dynamics and maintaining student engagement. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
